Allie had a fabulous third birthday!
Grandma made the requested Rainbow Brite cake. It was her first use of fondant. I would say...quite successful!
Las mananitas. Opening presents first thing in the morning. Too bad she peed on her new birthday outfit before the surprise party.
Our neighborhood friends joined us for her surprise party. Mom took her out to buy pizzas while we decorated. She was a little shocked, but recovered nicely and partied heartily.
She got the royal treatment: being fed her own birthday cake.

Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! Your kids are so beautiful! Allie is already 3! I can't believe how big Brandt is already! He looks completely different! The party looks like it was a blast! The cake is amazing!!! I miss you so much!

when I first showed the girls the Rainbow Brite movie, Brynn said it was too scary! She has watched it 3 times now. We'll be sure to bring the Rainbow Brite toys to NC. And I can't wait to hang out with Brandt! Have him send boy vibes my way, because I want one of him! Brynn says she wants a Brandt, too.
