Mom and Dad K Visit the Holy Land

We had an awesome visit, by the way! Tulip Festival, trip to Moab, and trip to Idaho for Easter. Sorry, no images of tree pruning, trailer staining and building, or eating out for every meal. We sure love Mom and Dad and had a great time!

Allie's Birthday

Allie had a fabulous third birthday!

Grandma made the requested Rainbow Brite cake. It was her first use of fondant. I would say...quite successful!

Las mananitas. Opening presents first thing in the morning. Too bad she peed on her new birthday outfit before the surprise party.

Our neighborhood friends joined us for her surprise party. Mom took her out to buy pizzas while we decorated. She was a little shocked, but recovered nicely and partied heartily.

She got the royal treatment: being fed her own birthday cake.

After 3 tries to blend her misfortune, she actually looks kinda cute.

I think she looks so cute! She reminds me of Ramona Quimby on the cover of my old edition.
